About us

The Salamander Association was founded in February 2023 by nature enthusiasts. It operates in various regions of Morocco and is considered one of the leading associations in the field of exploration, mountain sports, and the environment

The name Salamander was chosen for the association as it carries many symbols:

1. The salamander lives inside and outside caves, and the association is concerned with caves and everything related to the field of caving, as well as the general external environmental surroundings.

2. The salamander has the ability to regenerate limbs, symbolizing the renewal of life and interest in the world of the environment, nature, and climate, and it also signifies the revival and renewal of life.

3. Salamander creatures are distinguished and differ from each other by their yellow spots, as each salamander has its own unique mark, likewise, the Salamander Association will work to leave its unique and distinctive mark in all the fields it will be active in.
